We currently offer web pages for faculty, staff, and student organizations. To obtain a web account please print out the Web Account Application form, fill out any appropriate information and return it to the Helpdesk or to a member of the Instructional Technology staff.
Video Bulletin Board System (VBBS)
The Video Bulletin Board System provides faculty and staff with a means to communicate with our students via our internal video system. Monitors are placed in high-traffic areas on campus to ensure students will see the information being posted. For more information on the Vbbs and how to use it, click here.

Campus Email Account
- Then click on http://owa.uwc.edu page to access to your email account. This link is also available on the top of every single page at UWFox Web site.
- When prompted, enter Username and Password:
- For example, if your name is Bob Smith (ISO 1234567890987654) and you attend the UW-Fox campus, your username would be: smitb8765@uwc.edu
- Student passwords are 8 characters long, all lower case, and consist of the last 4 digits of the Social Security number, two exclamation points, and the two digit year of birth. Bob Smith (SS# 333-22-6666 born on 5/3/1975) - password will be 6666!!75
- Campus Domain: UWC

Access to Student Account Password (Change/Reset)
If you have lost/forgot your password please fill out this online form and it will be reset to the default password (Last 4 digits of SSN + !! + two digit year of birth). You may also use this form to change your password if you are off campus. https://apps.uwc.edu/selfservice/account/student/enterinfo.asp
VPN Access (Faculty/Staff only)
Remote campus network access is now available via a custom VPN client for windows. Please click here to download and install the client. When prompted choose "open" to automatically install the VPN client. Use your network Username and Password to login.
