Customized Training for Businesses

At University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, we're making education work for you! It’s our job to provide educational opportunities that benefit companies and their employees. Our three-pronged approach makes sure your staff receives information they need and can use:

  • Assessment
To find the best way to meet your training objectives, we’ll work with you to determine the skills you want your employees to learn and will put together a customized training proposal outlining our approach. We’ll do everything we can to make it work for you.
  • Instruction
A variety of class options are available, including face-to-face training sessions, online classes, credit outreach courses, and personal enrichment classes. We’ll help you decide which course, instructor and method of delivery best meets your needs.
  • Follow-up
After the class is over we’ll stay in touch to answer questions you may have. We want to make sure your employees understand what was taught in class and are putting it into practice.

What participants have said about our training.

“I attended the behavioral interviewing training and I was able to use the information the very next day when I participated in a phone interview panel. Restating the questions made all the difference in the information we obtained from the applicant. We were able to separate between what she had actually done and what she could tell us in theory she would do. As a result, we didn’t invite her in for a final interview, and it saved the company hundreds of dollars. Otherwise, based on her resume, we would have invited her in.”
